Opportunity for young people

The Congress of the Council of Europe, in close co-operation with the European Youth Foundation and the Council of Europe Youth Department, has decided to once again invite a number of young people to take an active part in its 30th and 31st Sessions (from 20 to 24 March and 17 to 21 October 2016, Strasbourg, France).
The aim is to create a space for dialogue between the selected youth delegates and local and regional elected representatives and enable young people to express their views on the issues being debated.
The opportunity sounds very interesting indeed. Completed application forms can be sent by 5 February 2016. You can find all information and the application form here.
Even though there is one seat per country, we hope that a young person from your networks will have the opportunity to participate.
